How it Works
Our Transparent Process
For as low as $15 a month, you can keep your license active, generate income from your current clients, and gain access to free training!
1. Sign up!
Enter your licensing information through the online portal. Within minutes you will receive detailed information on the steps to take to making your license active.
2. Complete Continuing Education
In the State of Texas, each agent is required a certain amount of Continuing Education and/or Sales Apprentice credit hours. We offer online courses for you to take to meet the education requirements so that you can make your license active and keep it current when it comes time to renew.
3. Onboarding
Once your license is active, our agent coordinator will send your login information, giving you access to the referral portal and free training!
4. Shout it from the rooftops!
Now, it’s showtime! Tell your friends and family, collect referrals, and get on your way to generating income!
5. Submit referrals
Did your neighbor just mention that they’re thinking of selling their home? Is your co-worker relocating out of state? Enter their information into the referral portal, and let the agent bidding begin!
